Codex Nesilim is a Hittite law code similar to Hammurabi's Code (Nesilim is another word for Hittite). Unlike the famous Hammurabi's stele in the Louvre museum, Code of the Nesilim was found on broken clay tablets. I took b/w plates from a public domain book, colorized them (one tablet is on the left below), made them into a slideshow bik movie. Therefore, it has no copyright difficulties. At the end there is the Hittite goddess of justice.
In civ mods, the nif building for this is the same one as Hammurabi; included in zipfile is a Hittite stele (not really to do with the law code, but it has a Hittite picture on it). The Hittite stele is shown on right.
