After a bit of minor modding I've managed to make Earth playable for the Modmod Fall Further for Civ 4 BTS
It puts most of the Fall Further Civs in the places where they most fit in on Earth e.g. Scions of Patria in Italy, the two dwarven Civs in Norway, The Lanun in England, and the Malakim in Mesopotamia).

Unzip path should look something like this:
C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Fall Further 051\PublicMaps
(Note: There is a glitch where some Civs have contact with each other.)
