I really liked Marla Singers World Map but thought it could use an update. So I added all of the start locations for the new Civs. (Before I go any farther I will point out that the Otomans start location is incorrect and that i have no idea where Summeria's and the Hititties capitals are.) Then I decided that the rules needed a face lift so I gave it a shot. The countries tend to advance too fast and eastern Russia is messed up. Plus some countries grow too huge like the Zulu, Korea, and India.
