[euroland.mp] is a precise map of Europe and northern Africa. It is 80x125 and covers Iceland, Barents Sea, Ural, Caucasus, Nefud Desert & Canary Islands.
Don't change the resource seed and the Carthaginians, Egyptians, Babylonians, Greeks, Romans, Spanish, French, Germans, Russians and (with a little restriction) the Celts & English have plenty start locations.
Choose the Vikings for a small and the Americans for a big challenge. All the other Civs have random (and unexpected) start locations.
