FF Mod Government Building Pack 2016-10-05

I've recently created a number of Government buildings for the FF mod that might be useful to others in their work. This pack includes an Arabian style palace (with splash), an Orc/Barbarian palace (with splash), and a culture-specific town center converted from the Age of Empires II Conqueror's expansion.
