These are the "fixed" versions; after all, they just needed to have the rulesets, not the player properties, to be custom.

EDIT: I've re-uploaded the files; turns out, Napoleonic Wars didn't have Despotism!
EDIT2: I've re-done them, now V2.2!
EDIT3: They're now up to V2.23.
EDIT4: It is now version 2.24; there were problems with Terrain and some Units. Please guys, I need your help, too! It's as simple as "Uhm, dude, like, the file doesn't have a certain unit that needs to exist as a balance, dude" or something!
