(Edit: It has been brought to my attention that no one could actually download the files, this has been fixed, also new songs have been added as well) Soundtracks from the Anime series Girls Und Panzer. The songs included are the following: When Johnny Comes Marching home, US Field Artillery March (U.S Army hym), Battle-hym of the Republic, Panzer-Vor, Dream riser, Yuki-no-Shingun (Sung by Yukari and Erwin), British Grenadiers, Sakijarven-Polka, Katyusha (sung by Katyusha and Nonna), Erika and finally Panzerlied.
NOTE: the songs included in this are already at the specified settings of 128x44, so no need to worry about that.
I will detail what you have to do to install these soundtracks into your game:
1. Extract the folder into your Conquests, Sounds, Build folder. Mine looks like this: "E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization III Complete\Conquests\sounds\Build" Yours probably will look different.
2. In that "Build" folder there is 4 folders: "Mesoamerica", "Ancient music", "Japanese", "Misc". you can put the download folder in there or you can also seperate the songs and put them into one of these folders.
3. Make sure you have VLS Media Player (It's free and readily available for download, if you don't have it) this will run much better with Civ 3 than Windows Media Player. And you want these songs to run with VLS Media Player. (Download for VLS Media player can be found here: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/)
4. Once you have the songs in the "Sounds/build" folders. Go into Conquests find the text folder of the scenario you want to run the music with (Note: custom music will only work with scenarios) for example: "E:\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization III Complete\Conquests\Conquests\WWII in the Pacific\Text"
5. Once you're in the Text folder open up your music.txt file and put in the coding for the songs. You will need to put in the path of the song. So, the game knows where to find it. For example mine looks like this: (Note: You can "Copy as Path" for the song and delete everything before the folder name your songs are in.)

6. Once you've edited your music.txt file, save it and enjoy the game.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU WANT TO ADD YOUR OWN MUSIC, THAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PACK.
1. All custom songs need to be a mp3 file and need to be at this setting 128kbps X 44hz. (if you have a song that's already at those specified setttings then skip to step 3)
2. If not then you need to convert them to those specified settings (128x44) You can find some Open Source programs that can do it for free, like this one for example (https://online-audio-converter.com/)
3. Once you have the songs converted to mp3 files, you need to convert into .wav files (Reason being is that, mp3 files come with IDT tags that will cause your game to crash, converting them to .wav files will remove those tags)
4. Once you've converted them to .wav files, you want to then convert them back to mp3 files. The IDT tags would've already been deleted so, you dont have to worry about that anymore.
5. Put your songs in the "Conquests/sounds/build" folder then choose one of those 4 folders.
6. Then write the coding into the music.txt file in your scenario, again I recommend just "Copy as Path" then delete everything before the last folder before your song. So, kind of like what I did above
7. then save the music.txt file and your game scenario should be able to run without any problems. If you have any issues then repeat the steps that I put forward here.
