Here is a huge Europe map for the mod 'Realism Invictus'. This map does not include any pre-placed resources, so those will have to be randomly generated upon starting the game. There are 26 civilizations, most of which are playable.
There are two maps included in this zip: 1) the standard Europe map, and 2) a hacked version, which only includes the major Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam).
