KCKultimateCIV3x Changes: 40% ocean, Enkidu cost from 10 to 13. Greatly Improved Map and Map Starting Locations. Each Civ Now Starts with 2 Settlers + Additional Units. Made Change to Improvements, Tech's, Unit's and Wonders. Gave Barb's and Each Civ Its Own Unique Color. Reduced Espionage Costs to 1/3rd. Made Sea Travel Easier, Earlier in The Game. Made All Wonders, Except Ones That Produce Units to be Permit and Never End.. Changed 10 Spaceparts To 10 Wonders. Added 25 New Unit's.
