Leader Colour Overhaul 1.2

- Added support for Right to Rule Part 1 (Genghis Khan, Assyria, and Dai Viet)
- Added three new base colours, Periwinkle, Pumpkin, and Gold, the latter replacing some previously yellow colours in some jerseys.
- Reworked jersey sets for Machiavelli, Trung Trac, Tecumseh, and both Napoleons and Ashokas.
- Adjusted colours and order of Pachacuti and Tubman's jerseys.
- Changed Catherine's and Bolivar's 4th jersey.
- Swapped Ada Lovelace's 1st and 2nd jerseys.
- Changed Rizal's 2nd jersey.
- Changed Britain's civic icon colours
- Adjusted Baroque Frederick's 1st jersey to look less like a City-State

• Updated base game COLOR_STANDARD_BLUE_MD, COLOR_STANDARD_MAGENTA_LT, COLOR_STANDARD_RED_LT, COLOR_STANDARD_PURPLE_LT, and COLOR_STANDARD_PURPLE_MD
• Swapped Amina's #1 and #2 jerseys so both can trigger
• Replaced Ashoka's MAGENTA_DK backgrounds with PURPLE_MD for increased variety
• Swapped Rizal's #1 and #2 jerseys so both can trigger more easily
• Swapped Pachacuti's jerseys around so they can trigger more easily
• Made COLOR_STANDARD_SAGE more saturated and replace Confucius's GREEN_DK jersey with it
• Changed Ashoka's Copper jerseys to have a SAND icon instead YELLOW_MD to make it easier to tell apart from Tecumseh
• Changed the icon on Isabella's #3 jersey to BURGUNDY instead of RED_DK
• Changed the icon on Hatshepsut's #4 jersey to PURPLE_DK instead of BLACK
• Added support for Crossroads of the World leaders and civs
• Changed leader banners to show their pure colors instead of being lighter or darker (thanks to Leugi)
