each leader can now have his own list of favorite mementos

favorites by leader need to be activated in options (Option to activate Favorites is now a dropdown)

What's new:
- finish fixing highlighting.
- new feature: Auto select next empty slot when selecting one memento
- Add Option to hide checkboxs and still apply their settings (cleaner screen if you know you will not need change it anymore )
- Add Options to disable each feature of the mod to make it the one you want

- select from Favorite or regular zone will now hightlight both cards representing the memento
- highlighting in fovorites zone is far less a chrismas tree -> a full rewrite of original mod coming to fix that
- It's now impossible to select the same memento twice using favorites

What's new:
- Russian translation (by Webrok)
- rewrite how Favorites are displayed. No more colision
- include changes from firaxis 1.1

New localization:

- Spanish, Italian, French By me

Multiple mod using localStorage now work as intended. Not Thx at Firaxis to totaly ignore ItemKeys ...

Here an update to make multiple mod could use it if and only if all mods follow the impl.

If any probleme after update both mod. Delete "localstorage.sqlite" from AppData/Local/Firaxis Games/Sid Meier's Civilization VII

Change create game workflow.

- Continue on leader will open memento panel if any memento missing. Panel will open on the first missing memento.
- Confirm on mementoPanel will go to age selection if you came from continue button of leader selection
