Modern Marine 2016-10-05

A more modern alternative to the Vietnam era marine in Civ4. Primarily just a reskin of the original marine, but i've included two nifs, one with an M4 and another with a G36 (both by snafusmith). The dds can be used as a straight up reskin by putting it into a folder with this path:

Assets/Art/Units/Marine/(file here).
