Alright, it's pretty geeky, but I just wanted to build a simple Civ that automatically brought up all the Tolkien city names for Numenor without having to keep opening my Silmarillion and hand typing everything.
I'm not good with graphics/art, so I apologize in advance for the Viggo leader picture for Tar-Elendil. Feel free to change it if you like. The flag is actually the banner of the King of Gondor (black with a white tree and seven stars), as I couldn't find any Numenorean flag references. The Numenorean civilization is based on the Malinese, but with Creative and Spiritual as the traits.
I also made the custom unit potentially unbalancing: the Numenorean Tall Ship is based on the Galley, but it has 3 moves and can enter ocean squares. Won't help much in games with a large land mass, but could be huge in water world games.
All Civilopedia entries were based on Wikipedia entries covering the same topic. I built this just for me, but am posting it in case anyone else likes Tolkien and would like a simple Civ choice added to the list.
