This mod restricts you to one era at a time: for example, you must research all Ancient-era techs before researching any Classical-era techs. You aren't allowed to neglect the bottom of the tech tree anymore. This also has the effect or removing many anachronisms (researching Internet before Computers, Stealth Bombers before Radio, etc).
To do this, I had to move a few techs around because of coding limitations. I moved Calendar earlier and made it a prerequisite tech for Writing. I also moved DramaAndPoetry earlier and made it a prerequisite tech for Philosophy. I put Nuclear Fusion and Nanotechnology into a new, Futuristic era.
