Parrot feathers 2016-10-05

The mesh for this was modified from the parrot in StrategyOnly's Animal Empire modcomp. The first texture came with it, but the second one was modified by me. embryodead helped with fixing graphical issues and adding treecuts. This comes with a button, gamefonts, and XML.
