Specialist calculator mod 1.1.1

This mod calculates the amount of specialists you need to reach 40 yields (research milestone).

Features:
  • Tells you how many specialists are needed to reach 40 yields on a tile
  • Tells you if you need to increase the current maximum specialists limit to reach 40 yields
  • Tells you if you already reached the 40 yields
  • As far as I have seen there is no way that two mods can modify the same file without the other one overriding the other mods file. I guess we need to somehow come up with a mod manager or something like that. Currently there is a step-by-step guide in the readme.md how to ensure compatibility with other mods that modify tooltips.

Works great and great instructions on making it compatible with other mods. No issues with that.
Do you have a list of mods that this isn't compatible with?

I don't have a list, that would be a lot of work I guess to manually check every mod on this forum. You can check the modinfo file from mods you use if they contain "ui/tooltips/plot-tooltip.js". Then you can follow the steps I described in the readme.md to make it compatible. Maybe I will make a patch cmd/sh that automatically adds the necessary code to other mods.
Hi! I've send you localization file in dm. Nice mod!
Absolutely wonderful Mod, thank you! I do keep running into an issue where upon loading a save game that started with the mod enabled, it is no longer enabled, but this may be an issue of running multiple mods?

Currently yes, I have to check how other mods solved the compatibility issues with other mods that modify the same files as other mods.
In your Readme, you should specify which project to take each action in. Something like "in Sukritact, add import..." "in this mod, comment out..."
Nice! If you could add a display for how much the specialist itself will add, i.e.

Current yield: X
Specialist adds: Y
Total after specialist: X+Y

..would be even better, sometimes you just care about maximizing +Y value not the 40 total
Fantastic mod, thanks. Just FYI "Specialists" is misspelt "Specialst" in the tooltip (you can see in your screenshot).
Thank goodness someone did this
