I discovered these BLDGs while galavanting through my old Civ3 DL folder, a massive tome of computer files that may yet yield more items from the pre-hack times.
Unfortunately, this is only the small and large pictures for the civlopedia - I could not find the BLDGs.pcx small and large file and they were not included in the original rar DL. Sorry.
Maybe straczynski (or anyone that may have saved them in the past) will see this and add the BLDGs sm and lg file so that these very good buildings can be used once again enmasse with their original set up.
In the mean time, they can be used by anyone who knows how to c+p their own sm and lg pictures in their BLDGs pcx to go with them. The below image has some, but not all, of the Buildings. Enjoy! EStrongblade
