The successor mod to Totally Replaced leaders. As it suggests, the mod removes the entire leader list of vanilla Beyond the Sword and replaces them with a new leader list. There are also two new traits: Scientific (Sci) and Diplomatic (Dip). Scientific gives +20% 
in all cities and halves the production speed of Laboratories and Observatories. Diplomatic gives +3 
per city and adds 1 
and 
if there is a certain amount of trade routes in a city.
