This civilization is based off a game I play call Whirled, found here http://www.whirled.com/welcome/10698
Whirled is a game where you make friends, stuff, and cash (not just in game currency real life currencies too).
Hopefully some developers on here who are also fluent in Flash can make a nice wad of cash from Whirled.
This civ will most likely only be enjoyable to the fullest extent by those who play both Whirled and Civ4.
