[Solved] YNAMP AssignStartingPlots loaded instead of Free City-States, is the criteria in ImportFiles to blame?
Edit: I figured out the problem by googling YNAMP_XP2. Found it in YNMAP modinfo file, realized this is the criteria that is matched in the Free City-states mod, and edited the LoadOrder for the ImportFiles matching that criteria to be 1002222 as well.
