civ 5 vs civ 6 art

I have a question regarding artwork, and conversions. Does the Civ V artwork (meaning all the artwork available for download for Civ V on Civfanatics), will that directly work with Civ VI? Or does it need to be converted/upgraded like from Civ 4 to 5? Same with Icons? Can we use the same...
