    Reverting Unique Ability? ( Community Balance Overhaul) V13

    Howdy, I have recently installed ( Community Balance Overhaul ) I am trying to edit the Germany leader trait back to default but to no avail I would like to revert the unique abilities, of some of the civs, as I prefer some of the old ones. Such as, Here is what I mean for a visual screenshot...
