This is basically the same excel OCN calculator that Lbhhh did some time ago but with a reworked interface which should make it quicker and more comfortable for frequent users. Works in Excel as well as LibreOffice Calc when macros are enabled.

The first step is to unpack the following files from the attached ZIP into the Saves folder you're using for your game : CivIII.Xlsm SavExpnd.Exe UnCompress.Cmd CivIII.Xlsm is a file that has executable code in it so you will have to make sure the code is allowed to run otherwise it won't work...
