So, while Civ VI is sadly long past support, I had this interesting idea the other day and thought it was at least worth sharing, if not modding.
Now, I'm sure you know how the Heroes & Legends mode introduced a variety of mythological heroes from across cultures that could likewise be recruited...
I liked that before the first patch of that pack, AI was less likely to chose to claim heroes at all, allowing for even medieval or rennaisance to be without all heroes being claimed.
But now seems that the AI attempts to claim a hero as soon as it gets the choice, resulting in all the heroes...
I'm finding that the AI often will want to trade relics of Heroes that have died. For example, as part of a trade in a game I just finished, Russia wanted to trade their relic from Oya for my relic from Arthur.
The benefit for the relics are the same (2 faith, 10 tourism) so why bother with the...
