Okay, so here's the deal, I am the proud author of the Portugal and Belgium mods. My issue is that Brussels and Lisbon still spawn in-game. I'd like to replace those two when my Civs are enabled. Maybe replace Lisbon with Tripoli and Brussels with Dublin. if anyone could help that'd be awesome...
