multiplayer turn limit

Hi, Me and my brother bought civ6 for multiplayer playing. When i create a multiplayer game i dont see any settings to remove things like cultre victory and so on. We want to play the game till 1 player conquers every city in the map like old civ games. What should i do to do this buy expansion...
