stuttering

Since the spring patch, the game has been very unresponsive and laggy in-game. I've spent around 4 hours testing and this is what I've discovered: Disabling all additional content including official DLC fixes the problem Enabling any/all of the official Civilization Packs brings the problem...

Repeatedly and rapidly toggling Strategy View causes the music to stutter. This is possibly unavoidable or related to individual system performance, and certainly a very minor issue, but I thought in the interest of posterity it's better to report than not.
