[GS] 1.0.0.317. 2 Eleanors, Eng and France, Same colour

The title says it all. In my last game I met Elanor of France, she was using the pink colour. A few turns later I met Elanor of England, using the same colour. I know they dialed back the colour swapping pallets, but in this case a little to far. As well, maybe there is a way to not have both Elanor's in a game, when you choose random Civ's.
