[1.0.0.328] Multiple issues with Play by Cloud

I've been having multiple problems with play by cloud games. The most recent is that 3 of my cloud games no longer show in "My Games" - those are all the play by cloud games I started. When I try to use steam notifications for "it's your turn" to enter these games I get an error message - "Unable to join game. The game has already started." All of my friends that are in the game can see the games in their "My Games" section of the UI and have played their turns in 1 of those games recently. 2 of the games had mods but 1 was without any mods. This has been the case for these games for at least 3-4 days.

Previously I had another problem with 1 of my play by cloud games - a mod we were using got deleted from the workshop. Since I was the host I could no longer get into the lobby of that game as I constantly got a message about needing the mod which I could no longer get in any way. We dropped that game but I couldn't even delete it since I was the host and couldn't get into the lobby. That is why we started a new play by cloud game without mods.

Finally I joined a play by cloud game a couple of days ago. Played my first turn. For my second turn I get a notification that I was missing 40+ mods. I did not install or remove any mods in that time.

I've tried to reinstall the game and tried it on 2 different PCs to no avail (I guessed those would yield no result as this seems to be a non local issue).

Fine, but there should be a way to remove games broken by mods from the list. Eg.: I have such one which I can no way remove, since I am not the host and cannot enter it because mod bug. So I am now stuck with it forever and getting false message that it is my turn. There should be a way to remove games from list (or quit them) without having to enter their lobby.
