[1.0.1.501] not getting points from send aid project til after first action of turn [reproduceable]

Playing as Mali, I start turn 233 and enter an Aid Request targeting Gran Colombia, who I'm at war with. I start the turn with -30 points from being at war, and then after coastal raiding the Gran Colombian camp that my privateer is next to, I suddenly have 170 points in the Aid Request... as if I've helped Gran Colombia by burning down their infrastructure!

I reloaded the autosave from that turn and confirmed that it's consistent. The same exact thing even happens when I pillage the crab fishing boats just south of Cuenca, so I think any pillaging works.

I am playing with mods but none of them should be affecting this, I think. They are:
[Bart] Theodore over Teddy
Capture Unique Improvements
Great Barrier Reef - Campus Adjacency
Tomatekh's Historical Religions
Zebenji's Additional Religions

All but the second mod say they affect saved games, but neither Teddy nor the Great Barrier Reef are in the game so maybe they don't actually matter.

Disregard this, I was entirely wrong, the pillaging doesn't give points, It's just that the game doesn't apply the 200 points from a send aid project I completed the previous turn until after I take an action on this turn. I suppose that's still a bug tho so I'll just change the title of the thread to match this revelation.
