(1.0.9.9) Getting an Error when trying to load a map that I am currently making in WorldBuilder

Whenever I try to load up a map that is WIP in WorldBuilder, I get "Error Starting Game"

"One or more mods failed to load content"

I've had this error when doing this before patch 1.0.9.9 too.
