Perhaps this might be just truncation matter but it's a bit annoying.
Check A file
[1] Open file to check 20% of growth bonus in Cincinnati.
[2] Build corporation on industry near Cincinnati. Check the growth is 39%, instead of 40%.
[3] Remove Corporation by builder, to check there is -1% of negative bonus of growth.
[4] Pass 1 turn to confirm this -1% still exists permanently.
[5] Build industry again on same plot, to see its growth is 19%, due to new -1%

[1] Open file to check 58% (instead of 60%) of growth bonus in Cincinnati. -1% in Washington(though I don't know where this -1% came from).
[2] Move sugar product to Washington, to check growth is 38% in Cincinnati, 19% in Washington.
[3] Move sugar back to Cincinnati, to check -2% in Washington now.
[4] Pass 1 turn to confirm this -2% still exists permanently.
