1280x720 Fullscreen Resolution

How can I run Civ 5 at 1280x720 fullscreen, the usual resolution I use for my computer? Under Video Options in the game, it only offers the choices of 1024x768 and 1366x768. If I turn off fullscreen in those Video Options, then it does offer the option of 1280x720 windowed. Why doesn't it offer 1280x720 fullscreen, and how can I force 1280x720 fullscreen?

I tried editing GraphicsSettingsDX11.ini, but that didn't work: it has three relevant settings labeled FSResID, WindowResX, and WindowResY.

The latter two (WindowResX and WindowResY) can be set to whatever values of height and width you want, but they only take effect when the game is played in windowed mode and have no effect when the game is fullscreen.

FSResID does have effect when the game is fullscreen; unfortunately, its only values are either 0 or 1:

-0 means 1024x768 and
-1 means 1366x768.

No 1280x720.

So does anyone have any ideas on how I can force 1280x720 fullscreen?

1280x720 is a key resolution if you plan to post your gameplay videos on YouTube.
