This thread is here to organise the converting of all vanilla python to warlords and then to develop the warlord's python.

In order of importance:

1.)I need you pythonwizards to help me debugging again. a couple of savedgames are posted in the public thread that need programming skill to debug.
For Bughunting use this version:
http://www.civfanatics.net/warhammer/files/WarhammerFB-06.7z
with this patch:
http://www.civfanatics.net/warhammer/files/Patch06a.7z

2.)I also need your help getting the Warlord xml only version not to crash during the progress-screen. I will post it in the Warlords conversion thread shortly and explain in more detail what issues I have in the first post.

3.)Modcomps and other Python/SDK:

-General Amped becomes obsolete due to Warlords feature
-Flying (only) Mod needs to be converted(Roger Bacon currently doesn't seem to want to buy Warlords and update it)
-camerazoom needs to be enabled while defending!
-Mercmod will have to wait since Lopez is going to be a father(congrats!) and probably won't be able to convert it very soon now. Not so bad since the AI still needs to learn to use it better we can wait a little longer for that one-imo.
-Firststrikefix by Lunar Moongoose- needs to be checked if Warlords code is still buggy here- if so the fix is a must!
-diplomacyrebalance due to vassal states recommended-SDK changes are here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=182550
Simple change of "you attacked our friends" threshold to "friendly"
-Wateranimals Mod for Warlords needs to be integrated!!!
-Specialist Stacker is already there for Warlords as well-will come in handy as soon we design more specialists-low priority now though
-Animosity
-Spells
-other Psychology
-techconquest not yet available for Warlords but seems python only and is too cool to miss
-supportfire, animal-gold
-teaching the AI to use small stacks!!!

4.)Get on more fluff afterwards

Just asked in the Warlord conversion thread if it makes sense to start off with the Wateranimals for Warlords. Now I saw this:
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=184870

Seems to include most of the mechanics I requested above already and many more features thatll be quite nice! Would it make sense to start of with it instead?

Edit: to be more detailed. With exception to the 3 traits there I can't identify anything that wouldn't be useful for Warhammer as well. But anything we don't want is said be easily to disable(or other way round what we want must be enabled).

Wait, so what is TheLopez doing? I thought he was just merging some Modcomps?

The CCP adds other things that try to manage whether or not to use these. If they're just in there and we know we would like them in there, it's fine. It's the fact that there is code in the CCP that would never be used that turns me off to it.
As I said I'd like to have all the features impaler listed in his current Warlords release except the traits and all the diplostuff he's planning. We won't feature anything like a UN. But all the rest that increases the possibilities for us to have specialists that add health to to cities i.e., the fixes by Moongoose etc I really like.
Also I asked him to include his pirates mod, navanis unitstatistics, the exotic foreign advisor and the vassal diplofix by Elohim.
If he manages to make the mercmod compatible to warlords this as well.

I asked Lopez to merge the code for me cause I want to test it with the mod and if it runs stable use it as a base to work on with a ton of needed functionality already included and the fixes I desperatly need. Also I thought features like Autoplay will make bughunting and AI Behaviorsettings easier for us.

Gerikes:
"Another thing is that the CCP for WL was released only a few days ago. If we try to use that as a base now, we'll be having to merge in bugs for each one of the modpacks (which is an inevitability when using modpacks), PLUS any fixes in the CCP code."

Bugs of other modcomps we'll have to face anyway since we simply can't go without them. The recent release is of course a point because of this I wanted to test it first at home before I upload it to you guys here. If's totally crippled we can just start of with the xml only version already uploaded here.
