2nd disk error

I could not install this game because of an error after I put in the 2nd disk. The error box only read:

Feature transfer error
Component:
File:
Error: Catastrophic Error

The first disk installed fine, and my computer meets or surpasses all of the reccommended requirements to run.

Any help is appreciated.

It's a faulty disk! Jst take it back to the shop and get a replacement
