A Goa'uld Civ Mode

So I've been watching a few stargate vids and playing civ recently and my mind went having this as a mod. So do people think that such a mod could be created that both balances the game but also would pay tribute to the Goa'uld and their role in the SG-1?

Love Stargate SG-1! I thought about doing a stargate mod for Civ 5, but nothing really made sense, that I could think of.

I did make one for Civ Beyond Earth. But it was only the SG team with Hammond as the leader.
