The AI civs tend to have better relations basically then AI-Human civs.
For instance most AI's are pleased towards each other at the start of the game when they meet while humans are cautious towards the AI.
And at that state there's no option to get relations up so AI brotherhood seems to be hard-coded somehow.

How could we make AI's relate to each other like humans?
How could they make more wars on each other?

If i would be "anything at all" i wouldn't trust humans either! :) they tend to cheat, destroy the world, etc etc :) so...there is some base of common sence not to trust humans! :P

Is that REALLY a Bug though? I mean this has been discussed elsewhere, and it was determined that the starting relations between civs has a lot to do with their respective personalities and 'ethnic relationship'. I suggest, play some more games, with civs from a mix of ethnic groupings, and see how well/poorly they get along.

They almost all tend to like each other.
Start a custom game with 18 civs on standard map so you'll meet a lot early.
Then on diplomacy screen ask them what they think about other leaders and mostly they will be pleased with each other while you're unable to do so.
This might be the reason of so rare AI-AI wars too.

OK you're right.
I have to play more.
Just got the attention.
;)

Turning on 'random leader personalities' seems to help.
Some of them were annoyed towards each other :D
