Alliances?

Can someone please create a simple tutorial explaining how to set permanent alliances at the start of the game for a nub who has little time/knowledge to be fluent in XML/Python?

I especially like the How to Create A Civ tutorial, perhaps someone can make one like that for Alliances/Enemies.

Um, you can do this already without modding. Just start a game and choose custom game. then check the box that says "permanent alliances" and modify who you want to be on whose team.

you can do this in the worldbuilder diplomacymode and save it as scenario
