Any way to make a mod automatically load on startup?

Is there any way to make the game automatically load a mod (e.g. Rise of Mankind) whenever you start the game up? Thanks for any tips.

In the My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4 (or whatever version you have) there is a file called CivilizationIV.ini. Open that in Notepad (or any other text editor) and change the line that says

Mod = 0

So it says:

Mod = Mods\ModFolder

Changing ModFolder to whatever folder the mod is in.
