Any why to make the computer NOT enslave units?

I am tired of the AI taking my workers and then attacking. I can't even have the work while i am war due to the fact that they will be enslave. Anyway to make those workers so they can't be takeing?

Give them defense in the editor and they will be killed/attackable instead of captured . Allthough the Chasqui Scout(c3c inca) could still have a chance to capture them unless ofcourse you mod that out to.
