Apollo Program Building?

I wonder if it is possible, that the Apollo Program can be displayed
as building? Or do I made something wrong?
BTW: I have the newest patch installed.

As far as I know this is actually not so:
when you finish the Apollo program... well... nearly nothing happens!
Only a little remark that you have finished the program - that's it!

But some dds files exist, that indicate that there must be possible
to show it:

ApolloProgram.dds
apolloprogram-map.dds
ApolloProj_both-MAP.dds

Maybe somone can help?
