Aqueduct and Circus Maximus

Are these already in the game by default? I've been away from the game for a couple of months and I'm seeing hints that they may be in the game.

I need to know because I want to be sure to add them into my Roman Empire scenario if they already exist.

Yes, they're both in the vanilla game.

The Aqueduct is an early-game food storage building (like the Granary was in previous Civs), with the Hospital now being just a straight +food bonus.
The Circus Maximus is a national wonder that requires a colosseum in every city, and adds +5 happiness.

Now personally, I had already put an Aqueduct into my mod, so I've got it using my stats, but it's nice to have their art assets. Quite a few mods had already made an aqueduct, so the only real headache was ensuring you didn't have duplicate text keys.
