Art Problem

I just got a new laptop comp. and I loaded civ4 on it, and when i did, the art didn't show up:
-units
-globes (pangaea, terra, etc)
-etc.

i know it's a prob with XML-->Art... but I don't know how to fix it

plz help!

Install http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...88-a893-4f0b-a932-5e024e74519f&DisplayLang=en. Patch the game.

Another solution: The magically trick ( for me) was to create another user on the computer then start the game from the new user's page.

Generally, search the Tech Support forum for "xml"
