Article on optimum city siting/maximizing gold per turn?

I suppose I must have chosen the wrong key words but for the life of me I can't find an article that I'd swear I'd seen here covering optimum city placement, including a strategy for putting gold/turn into overdrive, so to speak (i.e., getting ~100 or more gold/turn). Could someone aim me in the right direction, please? Thanks.
