Audio Stutter During Cinematics

I have a Soundblaster 24 bit card running on the default packaged drivers. During the Cinematics for the Wonders the sound flicks on and off horribly. I have 2GB of RAM and a Radeon X850 XL so I don't think it's my pc struggling to keep up...

The stuttering of the sound during (wonder) movies is a problem that nearly everybody suffers from. It is indicated that the upcoming patch will "optimize" the videos and associated sound.
