Automatic Builders Mod

I really wish that there were a mod for Automatic builders (like how you could automate them in the old Civ games).

Is anyone working on a mod for it? I'd be interested in testing for you, or helping with the logic.

I also realised that there must be some kind of inbuilt builder AI in the game as the city-states and AI all use builders.... I wonder if that could be pilfered somehow?
