Awarded achievements that I should not have earned

I got the achievement for winning a session on the Humankind difficulty:

But that's definitely not what happened. The session in question was played with default settings, with the difficulty set to Nation:

(I did swap some of the AI personas I played against, but I don't know how or if that matters for difficulty.)

Separately, I got the achievement for not declaring any wars:

Which is also definitely wrong, since I had to declare a Surprise War on the leader at the time within 15-ish turns of the end, and I've declared Formal War multiple times throughout the session. The little movie review at the end even made a specific mention of how bloody my reign was.

Some of the achievements are clearly bugged. I got some that I shouldn't, while not getting some that I should have (the 12 and 18 of x stars, although the expansionist one triggered for some reason...). They are aware of it.
