First, thanks @tootall_2012 for providing link to catfish's excellent site indeed. How could I forgot that !!

Then, ToTPP is somehow like a second patch one can apply to civ2ToT1.1 created by TheNamelessOne.

Correcting bugs, it also enhance greatly the game, allowing for more unit type, more terrain type, personnalized rules (which were locked before), using lua code to enhance scenarios or mods and many more !
