Bad trade

I have had this a couple of times, but it seems impossible to replicate... it is a happy random coincidence

First I have a (any) civ to come ask me to stop trade with Civ X (in this case India, who was first on my hit list in this game anyway). I comply and stop trading, next India comes up to suggest a trade... and this trade looks like (see attached)

I have never tried accepting this trade to see what happenes...

This is 302, "play now" on Big and small if that is any help at all... doubt it as I had the same thing happen to me on Island Archipelo and Continents.

He is now offering you an open borders agreement with his own language.

This is definitely not a bug.

Well IMHO it is a bug... I just cancelled deals with him => He is not talking to me... yet still offering a deal, which he doesnt want to be offering...

Why is he not supposed to be talking to you just because you cancelled deals with him?
This is exactly like when the AI canncels something with you, you still have the chance to ask for it back dont you?
Its not a bug, you cancelled a deal, and it benificial for India for it to be reinstated, so he asks you to reinstate it

But he is not showing me the deal, which is the bug... not him trying to remake a deal...
