In summary (for now):
  • spy bug
  • capitol razing bug
  • getting whole empire from peace deal bug
  • loyalty bug (can't flip cities using cultists or rock bands)
And off course numerous ones in the newest addition of an excuse of scenario that was nicely demonstrated here:

I mean....I get that this update was free but if it practically kills gameplay and makes it unplayable (literally), there is a real issue here.
And I'm still crying after loosing stability on maps larger than 128x80 which happened after GS and not gonna be fixed (by devs ever i presume) unless we get dll (even so it might be just to big of an ask).

Keeping fingers crossed for competition.....*sadness*

The loyalty change is not a bug imo. Now you can't flip cities with +20 loyalty per turn using rock bands, which makes sense. You still can flip cities with negative loyalty per turn. So It actually fixes an old exploit.

The other three are indeed bugs that need a hotfix.

Bugs happen, I can live with that. I just hope we don't have to wait weeks/months to get them fixed.

No, I get that...but with monthly updates they introduce more bugs than they are able to fix...and some are quite crippling.

I dunno, I think they should just slap a checkbox on the capital razing and call it a 'game mode'. Capital cities can be razed, winning a domination victory requires eliminating or conquering all of the cities on the map :)

Seriously though, through out civ 6 development, I've gotten the impression that:
a) Their versioning/release management could use some improvement - perhaps even hiring a dedicated release manager for the management and code review if they don't have one already.
b) They could definitely use a lot more automated unit testing in conjunction with a. Especially in prior instances when old bugs would reappear - fix a bug, create a unit test for it for previous releases.
